When E280 gets minted by depositing ELMNT tokens, the ELMNT tokens are distributed as follows:

Arbitrum Vault **	28%
Base Vault **	9%
HLX DAO *	2.8%
Genesis	4.2%

*HLX DAO receives 2.8% E280 tokens from every mint as well

**This allocation will be occasionally updated to a different chain that E280 has been launched on to support it, and can be switched at any time.
