The NFT Vault accumulates Element 280, Inferno, and Flux Tokens from the Flux Flywheel
NFT Rewards
50% of the tokens in the NFT Vault go towards rewards. The rewards get distributed every 11 days, and can be claimed at any time after a distribution event or let them stack up. No late claim penalties.
NFT Backing
50% of the tokens in the NFT Vault go towards the backing of the NFT. The rewards get distributed every 11 days, and these tokens can only be claimed one time by burning the NFT and paying a 3% tax to other NFT holders. After burning the NFT, you are not entitled to any more rewards. The NFT is gone forever.
Rewards Pool
Rewards distribution to NFT holders will be callable every 11 days. This function only needs to be called once by a single person to allocate tokens to everyone. Users are then able to claim tokens at any time after a distribution event or let them stack up. Your percentage of the rewards pool is equal to the total reward multiplier of all your NFT's combined then divided by the global multiplier.
Example:
You own a Rare (10x) and a Legendary (100x)
Your total multiplier is 10x + 100x = 110x
If the global multiplier of all NFT's in circulation combined is 11,000x then your % of the pool is calculated as 110x/11,000x = 0.01 or 1%
If the rewards pool has 10,000,000 ELMNT, 1,000,000 INF, and 100,000 FLUX in it, then your 1% portion claimable is 100,000 ELMNT, 10,000 INF, and 1,000 FLUX tokens.
777 rewards pool
There is a separate reward pool funded by the 777 payouts, and has a 3 day window after 777 payout to be claimed by a single user to add to the 777 vault. If not claimed within the 3 day window, the rewards will go to the regular rewards pool. To be eligible to receive these rewards, the user must:
First 777 Reward:
mint before 34th cycle ends (approximately 385 days)
hold NFT past the first 777 flux payout is sent to vault
Second 777 Reward:
mint before 104th cycle ends (approximately 1,155 days)
hold NFT past the second 777 flux payout is sent to vault
Third 777 Reward:
mint before 175th cycle ends (approximately 1,936 days)
hold NFT past the third 777 flux payout is sent to vault
Fourth 777 Reward:
mint before 246th cycle ends (approximately 2,717 days)
hold NFT past the fourth 777 flux payout is sent to vault
